To be completely honest my clarity with this play is a little bit cloudy. I was absent for a lot of the reading and when I read it I rushed through it. However, I feel this play was pretty good. I guess my favorite part was the end of the play. I really enjoyed it because even though McMurphy died everyone else changed for the better. Billy become more secure about himself which is what I really liked.

The play as a whole shows how people can work and change for the better. In a way, this play reminded me of the movie The Wizard of Oz because the characters in the movie wanted something, but they had it all along. Back to Billy, he had the cutting and stuttering problem but once Billy spent the night with Candy he sort of became a new person. He was more confident and even stood up to Nurse Ratched which was a huge success.

All in all, it was a good play. Hopefully I can reread it one day and actually understand it fully.

Wow... did you miss the end where he committed suicide? I'm sorry you were sick during so much of this play. Check out the movie sometime. It's really good!

I totally forgot about that part. Darn... Well the rest was a success... kind of?
