Subject: I have to sneeze, but I cannot. | Monday, November 20, 2006
Being sick has to be of the worst things possible. On Friday I woke up not feeling well, so I went back to sleep. Later on I felt perfectly fine so I went to Cabaret for the second night in a row and I enjoyed it very much so. I also hung with Grace for a little while.

The weekend was whatever. I do not recall Saturday. On Sunday I went to my aunt's with my mom and the dog. I dyed my hair while I was there. It's red. It is cool. Later on that day, I started feeling like total crap. I took some medicine and was out like a light a little after seven o'clock.

Waking up at six o'clock this morning I still felt like crap. I was not tired, considering I had eleven hours of sleep! I went back to sleep after taking some more medicine and woke back up two or three hours later to random noises coming from the living room. We are redoing the living room or something, or the floors? I don't even know what goes on in my own house anymore. To be honest, I don't even care. I've been lying here watching television and getting text messages from friends consisting of "Where are you?" and "Are you in school today?" No guys, I am sitting here sick. I am supposed to hang out with Grace today, but I don't see that happening. Bummer. My head hurts, my throat is itchy, along with my itchy ears, and a stuffy nose. I suppose it is a common cold, but I feel pretty lousy.

The dog is asleep and snoring which makes it difficult to watch television and try to sleep. So, I guess my day consists of DVDs. I watched half of an old VHS movie Trading Mom. I doubt any of you have ever heard of it. I got bored with it and I got a three pack of Charlie Brown DVDs for Christmas last year so I figured it as time to break them out. This set includes It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown with a bonus DVD of You're Not Elected, Charlie Brown. Next is A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving with another lovely bonus on that DVD of The Mayflower Voyagers. OH YES! I FINALLY SNEEZED! Sorry, I've been trying to for over an hour. Anyway, the last DVD is A Charlie Brown Christmas with of course another bonus, It's Christmastime Again, Charlie Brown.

I intend to watch all of these DVDs today

In conclusion, my day consists of various Charlie Brown DVDs, and a roll of soft paper towel because I ran out of tissues around six o'clock this morning.

I'll be back in school tomorrow since I've missed four days of school in the last two weeks and this is only a three day week. I can tell I'm going to enjoy (No, not really) all of my wonderful makeup work.

Alright, it's time to watch more Charlie Brown.

Until next time!

Having a bad cold is no fun, but it sounds as if you made the best of it with that great DVD line-up. Sometimes when I have a good movie to watch or a good book to read, I can almost enjoy being sick! :-)

I'm glad you're better now!
